Cancellation and refunds
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing → Open billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to Free limits. Nothing is deleted when you go back to Free.
Refunds
Payments are not refundable by default, and whether to refund one is our decision. We do refund, or credit you for, a payment when the problem is on our side:
- you were charged by mistake or twice;
- you cancelled before the renewal date and were still charged;
- your paid service failed because of us in a way that seriously affected you. In that case we refund your most recent subscription payment in full.
The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund and we do not compensate for Free-plan failures.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, the law gives you the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, and nothing on this page takes that right away. A paid plan is a digital service that starts as soon as you pay, so by paying you ask us to start immediately; if you withdraw after that, we keep an amount that matches the service you already used. Mandatory consumer law always prevails over this page.
How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address of your account, saying which payment you mean.
